Eligibility Criteria
- UR/EWS: Minimum 45% marks in Graduation.
- OBC/MOBC: Minimum 42% marks in Graduation.
- SC/ST(P)/ST(H): Minimum 40% marks in Graduation.
Examination Pattern
- Total Questions: 100
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Mode: OMR Based
- Each Correct Answer: +4 Marks
- Each Incorrect Answer: -1 Mark
- No marks for unanswered questions.
Examination Centres
Candidates shall be required to select any three preferred examination centres while filling up the online application form. Examination centres shall be allotted based on preference and availability. The University's decision regarding allotment of examination centres shall be final and binding.

Important Instructions
- Merit list shall be prepared solely on the basis of CAT-2026 scores.
- Reservation policy shall be applicable as per Government of Assam norms.
- Eligibility shall be verified by the respective institution before admission.
- Applicants must satisfy all Bar Council of India (BCI) eligibility requirements.
